MyAfrica Day 1 – On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be met and tranferred to your lodge on a coffee plantation in Arusha. Overnight

Day 2 – After breakfast, transfer to the Arusha Airport for your light aircraft transfer to Katavi. You will be met and transferred to your lodge. Lunch and afternoon at leisure. Afternoon/early evening safari (if time allows). Evening sundowners, dinner and overnight.

Days 3 to 5 – Morning and afternoon game drives

Day 6 – after breakfast, morning vehicle transfer to Katavi Airstrip combined with game drive (if time allows). Light aircraft transfer from Katavi to Mahale Airstrip. Dhow boat transfer (approx 1.5 hours) to the lodge. Lunch. Afternoon/early evening chimpanzee trekking or forest walk (if time allows). Sundowners, dinner and overnight.

Day 8 – After breakfast, depart for morning chimpanzee trekking. Return to the lodge for hot lunch. Afternoon at leisure. Boat safari along the lakeshore in the late afternoon. Evening sundowners, dinner and overnight.
