Perfectly manicured lawns beneath an incredible variety of huge indigenous trees is a memorable feature of Mutemwa Lodge. Mutemwa Lodge caters for 12 guests in luxury tented accommodation under shady trees. Each of the spacious six tents is atop a teak deck with patio, ensuring a stunning private view of the kilometer-wide Zambezi River. Every tent has an en suite bathroom.

The central area of Mutemwa Lodge consists of an intimate bar, lounge, dining room and curio shop under a thatch roof. Our swimming pool, set in a tranquil spot, is very welcoming after a sightseeing boat or fishing trip on the Zambezi River.

Dinner is normally served in the boma area, where tables are set around the fire for each guest. Breakfast and lunch are served on the lower deck overlooking the river. The bar is well stocked with an excellent range of selected wines and almost any beverage you might desire.
